Court unanimously approved to transfer $457.50 into Line Item
No. 10-427-402, Court Appointed Attorney, in County Court at
Law from the following Line Items:
$187.30 from Line item No. 10-427-485, Conferences;
118.84 from Line Item No. 10-427-415, Special CCAL Judge;
106.36 from Line Item No. 10-427-310, Office Supplies; and,
45.00 from Line item No. 10-427-497, Statement of Facts.

PRECINCT NO. 1'S OFFICE
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer $54.94 from Line Item
No. 10-551-310, Office Supplies, to Line Item No. 10-551-570,
Capital Outlay, in Constable Precinct No. 1's Office.
