Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer $512.37 from Line Item
No. 11-436-495, Court Reporter Expense, to Line Item No.
11-427-492, Juror Fees, $82.63 from Line Item No. 11-427-491,
Jury Summons, to Line Item No. 11-427-492, Juror Fees, and
$157.18 from Line Item No. 11-436-333, Board for Jurors, to
~. Line Item No. 11-436-492, Jurors, in County Court at Law and
the 198th District Court.

On this the 22nd day of September 1989, Commissioner Baldwin
made the motion to transfer funds in various line items in
Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1's Office. Said motion
failed for lack of a second.
