ORDER N0. 19067 APPROVAL OF KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT'S PROPOSAL TO PURCHASE 1.06 ACRES WITH A 3,600 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING ON JUNCTION HIGHWAY On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Ray, Holekamp, and Morgan voting "AYE", and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve Kerr Central Appraisal District's proposal to purchase 1.06 acres with a 3,600 square foot building located on Junction Highway, was approved by a majority vote. R E S O L U T I O N THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF KERR WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6.051 of the Property Tax Code, we the KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT the 22nd day of September 1989, with a quorum present, and by Order N0. 19067 did by a majority vote approve the purchase of property located at 1836 Junction Highway, Kerrville, Texas, being all of that certain tract of land containing 1.06 acres, more or less, out of Francisco Martinez Survey No. 124, Abstract 247 in Kerr County, Texas by Kerr Central Appraisal District.
