AUTHORIZATION FOR THE KERR COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH WHATEVER ACTION IS NECESSARY AGAINST
SANK OF KERRVILLE AND GARY THORNE FOR COLLECTION OF
OUTSTANDING LETTER OF CREDIT FOR LOS ENCINOS SUBDIVISION
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to authorize the Kerr County
Attorney, Robert Denson, to proceed with whatever action is
necessary against the Bank of Kerrville and Gary Thorne for
the collection of outstanding Letter of Credit for Los
Encinos Subdivision.

AUTHORIZATION FOR COMMISSIONER MORGAN TO SEND A
LETTER TO THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND THE PUBLIC LIBRARY
HOARD TO SET A JOINT MEETING FOR DISCUSSION OF
FORMULATING A WRITTEN CONTRACT
On this the 22nd day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved Commissioner Morgan sending a
letter to the City of Kerrville and the Public Library Board
to set up a joint meeting for discussion of formulating a
written contract on the sharing of the Library cost of
operation. Commissioners Morgan and Baldwin will serve as
committee representatives for the County.
