COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on September
28, 1989 at 1:30 o'clock P. M., with all officers present,
except Commissioner Baldwin, and the Court having duly opened
the following proceedings were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 28th day of September 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Traffic
Safety Fund, Parenting, Indigent Health Care, Historical
Commission, and 216th District Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved that said
bills be paid.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM KERR.
COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TO JUSTICE OF THE PEACE,
PRECINCT N0. 1 OFFICE FOR POSTAGE AND OFFICE SUPPLIES
On this the 28th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to transfer $1,125.00 from Line
Item No. 10-640-105, Secretary Salary, in Kerr County
Environmental Health, to Line Item No. 10-455-309, Postage,
and $110.10 from Line Item No. 10-640-105, Secretary Salary,
