BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM CONSTABLE,
PRECINCT NO. 2 OFFICE TO JUSTICE OF THE PEACE,
PRECINCT N0. 1 OFFICE FOR PART-TIME SALARY
On this the 28th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan and Holekamp voting "AYE", and
County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to transfer
$55.91 from Line Item No. 10-552-101, Officials Salary, in
Constable, Precinct No. 2 office to the following Line Items
in Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1 office, was approved
by a majority vote:
$52.00 to Line Item No. 10-455-108, Part-Time Salary; and,
3.91 to Line Item No. 10-455-201, FICA Expense.

PRECINCT NO.'S 2 AND 4 AND FROM KERR COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TO THE TREASURER'S OFFICE
FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES AND MACHINE REPAIRS
On this the 28th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp and Morgan voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", and County Judge F,dwards
"ABSTAINING", said motion to transfer funds from Constable,
^ Precinct No.'s 2 and 4 and from Kerr County Environmental
Health, to the County Treasurer's Office failed two to two.
