APPROVAL OF RESIGNATION OF SHIRLF.Y SMITH FROM
THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 28th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of Shirley Smith
as Jailer/Dispatcher in the Kerr County Jail, effective
September 30, 1989. Ms. Smith is to be paid for 17 hours of
vacation time.

A discussion was held on the formation of a committee for'
review of County Health Insurance Programs. Commissioner
Morgan and the County Auditor, Tom Modisett, were appointed
to recommend people for the committee and report back to the
Court.

SETTING OF PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED
HOCJSE NUMBERING SYSTEM FOR PLATS
On this the 28th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to hold a public hearing to adopt.
an order for naming roads and assigning address numbers to
any property located in unincorporated areas of the County,
pursuant to provisions of Chapter 348, Section 1 (b),(c), and
(e), Vernon's Texas Civil Statues of the State of Texas.
Said public hearing to be held on Thursday, October 19, 1989
at 1:30 o'clock P.M., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr
County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas.
