On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to change Line Item 10-400-101,
Elected Official Salary, to $23,500.00, Line Item 10-400-201,
FICA Expense, to $2,2.58.00 and Line Item 10-400-203,
Retirement, to $1,937.00, changing the total for the County
Judge to 542,379.00.

COUNTY COURT
On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp, Baldwin and Ray voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
change Line Item 10-426-101, Elected Official Salary, to
$9,058.00, Line Item 10-426-201, FICA Expense, to $680.00,
and Line Item 10-426-203, Retirement, to 5634.00, changing
the total in County Court to $29,722.00 was approved by a
majority vote.
