On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Morgan, Ray and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
amend Line Item 10-455-101, Officials Salary, to $18,720.00,
Line Item 10-455-201, FICA Expense, to $4,025.00, and Line
Item 10-455-203, Retirement, to $3,405.00, changing the total
in Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 1 to 581,773.00, was
approved by a majority vote.

On this the 29th day of September 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Morgan, Holekamp and Ray voting
"AYE", and County Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to
amend Line Item 10-458-440, Utilities, to $700.00, and Line
Item 10-458=48.5, Conferences, to $200.00 changing the total
in Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 4 to $33,358.00, was
approved by a majority vote.
