Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to delete Line Item 25-5'10-204,
Benefits, and add the $7,094.00 to the salary, making Line
Item 25-570-102, Salaries & Benefits, $55,740.00.

Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, and Ray voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Morgan "ABSTAINING", and County Judge Edwards
voting "NAY", said motion to amend Fund 70 as follows, was
approved by a majority vote:
Revenues:
Change Line Item 70-310-100, Current Taxes to $35,792.00;
Change Total Available to $86,692.00;
Expenditures:
Change Line Item 70-450-560 to Juvenile Detention & Bond
Issue and change amount to $60,000.00;
Change Line Item 70-103-100, NOW Account Ending Balance to
$26,692.00; and
Change Total Expenditures to 586,692.00.
