ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR KERR COUNTY,
TEXAS, FOR FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING OrTOBER 1st, 1989
On this the 29th day of September 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of adoption of the County
Budget for the fiscal year, beginning October lst, 1989. It
appearing to the Court that proper notices were posted, and a
public hearing was held on September 29, 1989 at 10:00
o'clock A. M., and after thorough examination by the Court and
the consideration of the public interest of the community,
the Court is of the opinion that the Proposed Operating
Budget for Kerr. County, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning
October ].st, 1989 should be approved as amended.

Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin,
Morgan, and Holekamp voting "AYE", and County Judge Edwards
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving the Adoption of the Kerr County Budget for the
fiscal year beginning October 1st, 1989, on file and as
amended by Commissioners' Court on September 29, 1989.
