considered by the Court the monthly, quarterly and
semi-annual reports of the County Clerk, and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk f.or future reference
and subject to audit.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Conunissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved the
