REPLACEMENT OF ELECTION JUDGE AND ALTERNATE JUDGE
IN PRECINCT 12, ALTERNATE JUDGE IN PRECINCT 15 AND
ALTERNATE JUDGE IN PRECINCT 16
On this the 19th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to replace Precinct 12 election
judge Herta B. Sokolyk with Caroline C. Treleven, and the
alternate judge with Hermylee S. Godwin. It was also agreed
to replace Precinct 15 alternate judge with Elfrieda Madeline
Uecker, and Precinct 16 alternate judge with Vivian L. Payne.

ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY CHAS.
SCHREINER HANK TO SECURE KERR COUNTY FUNDS
On this the 19th day of October 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of request from Chas.
Schreiner Bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and
it appearing to the Court that said securities should be
released as s~equested; it is therefore ordered on motion by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, and
unanimously approved by the Court that thie request from Chas.
Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following securities
listed below be released:
