COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on October
26, 1989 at 10:10 A. M. with the following officers present:
R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Precinct 1
Glenn Holekamp, Commissioner Precinct 3
H. A. Baldwin, Commissioner Precinct 4
and the Court having duly opened the following proceedings
were had:
Commissioner Morgan chaired the meeting. Commissioner Bill
Ray arrived at 10:18 A. M. and Commissioner Morgan turned the
chair over to Mr. Ray. The County Judge was absent.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 26th day October 1989, came on to be considered
~' by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr
County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims
and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury,
Road 8 Bridge, County Law Library, and 216th District
Probation Fund.
Motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner
Holekamp, with Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp and Ray voting
"AYE", and Commissioner Baldwin "ABSTAINING", said motion to
pay said claims and accounts was approved by a majority vote.
