APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S BUARTERLY REPORT
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1989
On this the 26th day of October 1989, in Special Session of
the Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the
9uarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of
Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning July 1, 1989 and
ending September 30, 1989, and the same having been examined
and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the
Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of
each of said funds as reflected in the report and during the
period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It
ie therefore ordered by the Court that said report be, and
the same is hereby approved and the Clerk of the Gourt is
hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said
Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Baldwin, and unanimously approved by the Court.
