REFUNU TO FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION
FOR REFUND OF BANK FRANCHISE TAX FOR 1987 AND 1988
On this the 26th day oŁ October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to refund an overpayment oŁ bank
franchise tax in the amount oŁ 5711.15 for 1987 and S1, 152. 52
for 1988 to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, for an
obligation to the Bank oŁ Kerrville.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-334-400 for
51,863.67 and made payable to Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation.
