APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF TIERRA VISTA ESTATES, LOTS 31
ANU 32 WITH A VARIANCE FROM NOTIFICATION
On this the 26th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner°s Morgan, Baldwin and Ray voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Holekamp "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve
the replat of Tierra Vista Estates, Lots 31 and 32, with a
variance from notification requirements due to the lots being
combined into one larger lot, and per the County Engineer's
recommendation, was approved by a majority vote.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 1:20 P. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED at 1:33 P. M. with all
officers present, except County Judge Edwards.
Bids were opened for new cars and used cars for the Sheriff's
Office. One bid was received from Anderson Ford, Boerne,
Texas for three 1990 Ford LTD Crown Victorias at 540,022.00
with trade ins, and 541, 622. 00 without trade ins. One bid
was receivedi from National Car Rental for used cars at
various prices.

REFERRAL OF USEU CAR BIDS TO SHERIFF FRANCES KAISER
FOR HER CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 26th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to refer the bids on used cars to
Sheriff Kaiser for her consideration and recommendation.
