REJECTION OF BID ON NEW CARS AND APPROVAL
TO ADVERTISE FOR REBIDS FOR THREE NEW CARS FOR THE
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 26th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to reject the bid received from
Anderson Ford in Boerne and to advertise for rebids on three
new cars for the Sheriff's Office.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 1:47 P. M. for a Public
Hearing on adopting the tax levy for 1989. There were two
members of the public present.
Judge Edwards returned at 2:07 P. M.
` COMMISSIONERS' COURT CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING AND RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION at 2:08 P. M.

ADOPTION OF .23520 TAX LEVY FOR 1989
On this the 26th day of October 1989, at a Special Term of
the Commissioners' Court, with all members present, it is
Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the following tax levies
and collections be made for the year 1989, in and for Kerr
County, Texas, and/or other subdivision thereof, as follows:
