ORDER NO. 19185 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODCREEK, SECTION FOUR WITH RESTRICTIONS AS PER GERALD MENEFEE AND DAVID LITKE'S RECOMMENDATIONS On this the 26th day of October 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved the preliminary plat of Woodcreek, Section Four, with the following restrictions: 1. A 150' drainage easement should be established for the main channel in Lots 1 thru 4 to act as a floodway where no construction of any type is permitted. 2. A note shall be placed on the plat restricting construction in the area in the flood plain but outside any drainage easement. All structures shall be elevated such that the lowest habitable Floor is no lower than 1758.17 Feet above sea level. 3. Alternative systems other than conventional septic systems will be required due to lack of soils, rock outcrop, slopes, and evidence of shallow ground water. 4. The addition of pressure facilities to the water system serving these subdivisions to provide minimum pressure at 35 psi under normal operating conditions.
