COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on October
30, 1989 at 10:00 A. M., with all officers present, and the
Court having duly opened the following proceedings were had:
A Workshop was held with Maxey & Associates and Architect
Mike Walker on Courthouse expansion.

APPROVAL TO PAY LATE BILL FOR TURTLE CREEK VOLUNTEER
FIRE DEPARTMENT INSURANCE
On this the 30th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court
unanimously approved to pay the late bill for Turtle Creek
Volunteer Fire Department insurance.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 14-660-602 for
56,480.67 made payable to Turtle Creek Volunteer Fire
Department.

MOTION TO RESCIND ORDER NO. 19173 AND AUTHORIZATION
TO PAY INSURANCE BILL
On this the 30th day of October 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE°, and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to rescind
Order No. 19173, dated October 26, 1989, and to pay the
insurance payment for the Sheriff's Office was approved by a
majority vote.
