Court unanimously approved the appointment of Solange
Plangman to the Public Library Advisory Board, effective as
of this date.

REAPPOINTMENT OF MR. JACK STEVENS AS THE
COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE ON THE 911 BOARD
~.. On this the 6th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the reappointment of Mr. Jack
Stevens as the County representative on the 911 Board,
effective as of this date.

APPROVE PAYMENT OF 520,920.19 TO TAC UNEMPLOYMENT FUND
TO COVER DEFICIT FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 1989
On this the 6th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to pay 520,920.19 to cover a
deficit balance for the second quarter of 1989, incurred by
unemployment claims.

The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for S20,920.19 made payable to
TAC Unemployment Fund.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the following appointments for the
November 7, 1989 election::
Wheeler E. Monty as Presiding Judge of Central Counting
Station;
Patricia Dye as Manager of Central Counting Station; and,
Lois Hudson as Tabulation Supervisor of Central Counting
Station

MUTUAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCE AGREEMENTS
WITH SURROUNDING COUNTIES
On this the 6th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the County Sheriff, Frances A.
Kaiser, entering into mutual law enforcement task force
agreements with surrounding counties.
