APPROVAL OF PAYING FICA AND 55.50 AN HOUR FOR
CERTIFIED PEACE OFFICERS HIRED AS BAILIFFS
On this the 6th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp, Morgan and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to
increase the bailiff's salary from 55.00 an hour to 55.50 an
hour and pay FICA for certified peace officers hired as
bailiffs, was approved by a majority vote.
Anyone hired as bailiff who ie not a certified peace officer
will continue to be paid at S5. 00 an hour.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 6th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to adjourn.
