APPROVAL OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT MINUTES
On this the 13th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on
October 10, 1989, October 11, 1989 and October 13, 1989,
Special Session on October 19, 1989 and October 20, 1989,
Special Session on October 26, 1989, Special Session on
October 30, 1989, and Special Session on November 6th, 1989,
as recorded in Volume R, Pages 600 thru 639.

APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS
WITH EXCEPTION OF COUNTY CLERK'S TEXAS JUDICIAL REPORT
On this the 13th day of November 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the various reports of the County and
Precinct officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and tiled with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.
Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Morgan, the Court unanimously approved the
following monthly reports:
