DRDER NO. 19208 RESOLUTION DETERMINING VOTES TO BE CAST BY KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT FOR ELECTION OF DIRECTORS OF THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT On this the 13th day oŁ November 1989 came on to be considered by the Court, the matter oŁ determining the votes to be cast by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court, and the matter oŁ causing the same to be cast; and after due cosideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with Commissioner's Morgan, Baldwin and Ray voting "AYE", Commissioner Holeltamp "ABSTAINING", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", and approved by a majority vote, that the 844 votes which have heretofore been allocated to Kerr County be cast as follows: GIL KLEIN 835 votes ED LANGE 9 votes and it is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized and directed to so cast the aforesaid votes on the official ballot provided for this purpose and to return the same to JUANITA R. The Court also approved the addition of the following commodity codes: 225 and 655. ORDER N0. 19210 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF INGRAM - KERB COUNTY INMATE BOARDING AGREEMENT On this the 13th day of November 1989, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court unanimously approved the amendment to the Inmate Boarding Agreement between the City of Ingram and Kerr County whereby the City of Ingram shall be charged 530.00, per PAGE 645
