person, per man day, fox- so many of said inmates that are
~~harged with a Class "C" misdemeanor o££ense in the Municipal
Court of the City of Ingram. For so many o£ said inmates
that are charged with an offence other than a Class "C"
misdemeanor, the City of Ingram shall not be charged.
The term of this agreement shall commence on October 1, 1989.
Either party may terminate this agreement upon ninety (90)
days written notice.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to sign the amendment
to Inmate Boarding Agreement on behalf of Kerr County.

Commissione; Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the appointment of Brenda Craig as
Chairperson of the Kerr County Historical Commission, as per
the recommendation of the Kerr County Historical Commission
