APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MAXEY & ASSOCIATES, INC.
AND MICHAEL N. WALKER FOR CONSULTANT FEES
On this- the 13th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Holekamp and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY", said motion to approve
payment to Maxey & Associates, Inc. and Michael N. Walker for
consultant fees on Courthouse Expansion was approved by a
majority vote. The Court approved paying 53,500.00 at this
time and holding 51,000.00 until the Jail Study Committee
reports are in.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-409-486 for
53,500.00 and made payable to Michael N. Walker and Maxey 8
Associates, Inc.

APPROVAL FOR SHERIFF TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
GASOLINE FOR DEPUTIES VEHICLES
On this the 13th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holekamp, Baldwin and Morgan, and Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the sheriff advertising for bids for
gasoline for deputies vehicles was approved by a majority
vote.
