Wednesday, November 22, 1989 at 10:00 o'c:lock A. M. with all
officers present, except Judge Edwards, and the Court having
duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

REFERRAL OF BIDS ON CARS FOR THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
TO THE KERB COUNTY SHERIFF AND KERR COUNTY AUDITOR
FOR THEIR CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 22nd day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved to refer the bids for three police
package vehicles to the Kerr County Sheriff and the Kerr
County Auditor for their consideration and recommendation.

APPROVAL OF THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN P. HILL AS JUSTICE
OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT #4, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 1989
On this the 22nd day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of John P. Hill as
Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 9, effective December 31,
1989.
