COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION at 3:10 P. M.
with all members present, except Judge Edwards, and the Court
having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

ACCEPTANCE OF THE BID FROM GILLESPIE FORD
ON THREE NEW CARS FOR THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE
AS PER THE SHERIFF'S RECOMMENDATION
On this the 22nd day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to accept the bid of 512,253.00
per car, far a total of 536,759.00, from Gillespie Ford in
San Antonio, as per the Sheriff's recommendation.

MOTIUN TU ADJOURN
On this the 22nd day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
