/9 ~. 31. 1 COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION on Monday, November 27, 1589 at 10:04 A. M. with all officers present, except Commissioner Precinct #2 Bill Ray, and the Court having duly opened, the fallowing proceedings were had: Commissioner Ray arrived at 10:07 A. M. During discussion of the bills, Judge Edwards asked Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Precinct 1, to find out if the Court could refuse a person Indigent Health Care for just cause. Also, see if the Court could specify filling only prescriptions from certain Doctors, such as a Staff Doctor from Kerrville State Hospital or Outreach, for this person. ORDER NO. 19232 CLAIMS ANU ACCOUNTS On this the 27th day of November 1989, came on to be considered by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioner's Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of General, Jury, Fire Protection, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, Parenting, Indigent Health Care, and 216th District Probation Fund. Motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court unanimously approved to pay said claims and accounts, with the exception of Invoices No. 9916, 9917, and 9918 not be paid, and Invoices No. 9795 and 9796 be held.
