Commissioner Baldwin reported that the City has a separate
tower and does not share the County tower. Also, AMCARE says
they are not on the same tower with the Sheriff.
Commissioner Baldwin says he thinks they are and he will
check it out. A generator for the tower needs to be placed
back on the Commissioners' Court agenda.
~ Commissioner Morgan gave a report on the Animal Welfare
Contract. We made a proposition to the Board and they were
to get back to the Court. So far they have not responded.
•3 The Judge said he would need someone to hear probable cause
hearings at the State Hospital during the month o£ December.
It was decided Commissioner Morgan, Precinct #1, would take
the week of December 4, Commissioner Ray, Precinct 2, the
week of December 11, Commissioner Holekamp, Precinct 3, the
week of December 18, and Commissioner Baldwin, Precinct 4,
the weei< o£ December 25. thru the month. It was also decided
that the Chairman Pro Tem would assume part of the
---- administrative work o£ the Judge's O££ice.

APPROVAL OF PROCLAMATION PROCLAIMING THE WEEK OF
NOVEMBER 27, 1989 AS "CENTER POINT HLGH SCHOOL WEEK"
On this the 27th day of November 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the following proclamation:
PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS: Our County's future lies in the strength o£
our Young People; and
WHEREAS: The Commissioners Court o£ Kerr County does
recognize the outstanding job our Center
Point High School Students are doing in
academics and athletics; and
WHEREAS: All citizens of the County of Kerr are urged
to join in acknowledging the significance of
the Center Point Pirates in going to the
playoffs.
