MINUTF.5 READ AND APPROVED AS AMENDED
On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Session on
November 13, 1989, Special Session on November 22, 1989,
Special Session on November 27, 1989 and November 29, 1999,
as recorded in Volume R, Pages 641 thru 670 as amended. The
minutes are to be amended by adding on page 667 that the
Animal welfare Board has responded ar,d they will not
renegotiate the contract.

On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holek+amp, Baldwin and Ray voting "AYE", and
Conunissioner Morgan and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said
motion to rreate Line Item No. 10-552-570, Capital Outlay,
and to transfer the following funds into Line Item No.
10-552-570, Capital Outlay, in Constable, Precinct No. 2 was
approved by a majority vote:
5200.00 from Line Item No. 10-552-001, Travel;
' 200.00 from Line Item No. 10-552-101, Salary; and,
`/ 50.00 Prom Line Item No. 1.0-552-202, Group Insurance.
