ACCEPTANCE OF KF.RR COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
PLAN WITH CORRECTIONS
On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the

Court unanimously approved the Kerr County Solid Waste
Management Plan with number 4 being changed to read ••The
City/County Landfill has an agreement with Browning-Ferris
Industries for operation and management of the landfill".

APPROVAL OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 11th day of December 1989, came on to be
considered by the Court the various reports of the County and
Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the county Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.

Courthouse at 1:00 o~clock P.M. on Friday, December 22, 1989,
and allow all Kerr County employees, elected officials and
department heads to Leave at that time.
