PROPOSED AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS FUR LOUIS
SCHREINER FIELD
On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved tp se L- a Fublic Hearing on Wednesday,
January 17, 1990, at 5;00 o'clock P. M, at Kerrville City
Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the
economic„ social, and environmental effects of the proposed
airport improvements for Louis Schreiner Field and to comment
on the consistency of airport development with the goals and
objer.,tives of existing planning for the community.
Represerttatives of Boyle Engineering Corporation, Consulting
Engineers, will present a summary of the proposed airport
improvements outlined in an Environmental Assessment recently
prepared for the City of. Kerville-County of Kerr. The City
will handle advertisiny of the hearing for both entities.

to reimburse local. units of government for all costs incurred
in implementing State-imposed mandates. Commissioner Ray is
to compose the resolution.

APPROVAL OF RESIGNATION OF SUZANNE TAYLOR FROM
THF. KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the "resignation of Suzanne Taylor
from the Kerr County Sheri£f'c°~ Office effective December 13,
1989. Ms. Taylor is to be paid for fifty-three (53) hours of
vacation.
ORDER NO. 19261
AFPROVAL OP PAY INCREASE FOR WILLIF. C. BRATCHER
IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved a pay increase for Willie C.
Bratcher in the Kes~r County Jail, who has completed his Basic
Jail Training. Mr. Bratcher is to he raised to Pay Group 14,
Step l., $14,752.00 annually, $1,229.33 monthly, $614.67
semi.-monthly effective December 1, 1989.
