On this the 11th day of December 1989, the motion was made by
Commissioner Baldwin and seconded by Commissioner Morgan to
rescind Order No. 19267, which was passed earlier today to
correct Order No. 19239 passed on October 30, 1989. A motion
was made and seconded, and upon a statement by Judge Edwards,
that it would be illegal to take action on an agenda item
placed there by an individual, and already acted on in the
presence of that individual, to now rescind it in the absence
of that individual. Judge Edwards yielded the Court to
Chairman-. Pro Tem. Ray, and Caaunissioner Morgan recommended
tabling the action based on Judge Edwards statement.
JUDGH SDWARDS thanked Commissioner Morgan for taking care of
the probable cause hearings at the State Hospital last week.

MOTION TO RECESS
On this the 11th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved to recess until 10:00 A. M. on Wednesday,
December 13, 1999.
