COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION on
Wednesday, December 13, 1989 at 10:05 A.M. with all officers
present and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:
ORDER NO. 19272
APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO BAR "H" ENTERPRISES
FOR RADIO FOR PRECINCT 2 CONSTABLE
On this the 13th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved payment to Bar "H•' Enterprises for
a radio for Precinct No. 2 Constable.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
_ authorized to draw a vourher on Line Item No. 10-552-570 for
$450.00 and made payable to Bar "H" Enterprises.
ORDER N0. 19273
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR Y O RANCHLAND, SECTION III
On this the 13th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved the final plat of Y 0 Ranchland,
Section III, with no variances, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct 4.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
