There were 10 people present for the hearing. Mike Arnold, owner of Lot 43B, said the stakes between Lot 43B and 43A were moved and reset 18 inches into his property line. Christine Sisca, owner of Lot 42, questioned Central Texas Electric signing the plat on July 13, .L585 and it is now December 18, 1589. The Judge asked Mr. Mayhew if any changes were made after the plat was signed, and Mr. Mayhew said no. George West, owner of Lot 18, said according to the Local Government Cade, Chapter 232.001, Section B1, the plat cannot be filed without a description of the property by metes and bounds. Judge Edwards said the County Attorney said to go by Local Government Cade, Chapter 132.005, Revision of Plat. Willard Amann, owner of Lot 71, said he was concerned with the septic system. David Litke, head of the Kerr County Environmental Health Department, said the pauses on 43 are occupied and will be monitored. The Names were finished the first part of the year and two houses are not licensed. He is trying to clean up the situation by this process. Mr. Mayhew said they are rent houses and are not licensed to operate. Mr. Litke said he wrote a letter to Mr. Mayhew in reference to Lot 43A, on March 16, 1589 and told him he could not give him a license to operate until the lot had been replated according to Kerr County Subdivision Rules and kegulations. If the system fails, it will be replaced by an updated system at the owners expense. Mr. Litke is monitoring the systems now and the systems are doubtful because the filters will not hold water.
