The Public Hearing closed and Commissioners' Court reconvened
in open session at 11:19 A. M. Sergeant Seale with the
Department of Public Safety addressed the Court in reference
to installing a direr_t phone line in the County Jail for DPS
intoxilizer. Sgt. Seale said the line could be installed in
mid January for a one time installation fee oŁ 565.50, and
524.55 per month. Commissioner Ray said there were no phone
lines available at the Courthouse. Commissioner Holekamp
said he had just completed a survey on the phone lines and it
is possible we may have one available. He will check into
the matter further and report back.
County Judge Edwards left the Courtroom at 11:50 A. M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED at 12:05 P. M.
COMMISSIONERS" COURT RECONVENED at 1:32 P. M. with all
officers present and immediately went into Executive Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AND COMMISSIUNERS' COURT RECONVENED
IN OPEN SESSION at 3:00 P. M. with all present except County
Judge Edwards and Bill Ray, Commissioner, Precinct #2.
Commissioner Holekamp chaired the meeting.

APPROVAL OF COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER'S MONTHLY
REPORT FOR THE MONTH DF NOVEMBER 1989
On this the 18th day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved the County Road Engineer's monthly
report for the month of November 1989.
