Commissioner Holekamp reported his findings to the Court on
the direct phone line for DPS intoxilizer. He visited with
the Kerrville Telephone Company and the one time installation
charge will be 565.50, with a flat fee of 524.55 per month.
The Commissioners have agreed to give up Commissioners' Court
telephone line 257-7093 for this use.
A town meeting will be held on January 9, 1990 at 10:00 A. M.
at the Kerrville Municipal Auditorium. It is planned for one
Commissioner and other elected officials to give a five (5)
minute talk on the responsibility of their office or
position. Commissioner Baldwin recommended Commissioner
Morgan be the representative for Commissioners' Court.

On this the 211st day of December 1989, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Holekamp, kay and Morgan voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to approve
the appointment oŁ Ray Snider to fill the position of Justice
of the Peace, Precinct #4 vacated by John P. Hill, effective
January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990 was approved by a
majority vote.
