Wood Trails Ranch Subdivision, Lot 43A. Central Texas
Electric is asking for a 20 foot easement around the lot.
According to the Kerr County Rules for Private Sewage
Facilities, the acreage must be one acre excluding easements.
Mr. Mayhew said he wish he had known X11 0£ this before he
ever started. Mr. Litke said he had given Mr. Mayhew a copy
of Chapter 8 of the Rules £or Private Sewage Facilities
showing the requirements. Mr. Mayhew will ask Central Texas
Electric for a variance from the 20 foot easement and will
bring the replat back to Court at a later date.
The workshop closed and COMMISSIONERS' COURT MET IN EXECUTIVE

On this the 8th day of January 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, with
Commissioner's Ray, Holekamp, and Baldwin voting "AYE", and
Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to amend Order No.
19290, passed on December 21, 1985, to allocate 20 hours in
the Maintenance Department and 20 hours with community
service in Road & Bridge for Johnny Garza, at an average of
55.61 per hour was approved by a ma~orlty vote.
