Contractor shall appoint Dr. Ottis Layne as it.s Medical Director in Kerrville. 2. ORDER NO. 19576 APPROVAL 'TO ACCEPT 7'HE SAFETY COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATION 'i'O EXTENU THE AMCARE CONTRACT FOR ONE (1) YEAR On this the 14th day of June 199Q1, came on to be considt>red by the Court the renewal of the AMCARE Contract. The City/County Safety Committee's unanimous recommendation is to extend the AMCARE Contract for a period of one (1) year with the basic ALS rate increased to 5205. 0m. AMCARE will continue to provide or maintain the same level of services now being provided, and the City and County will continue their efforts to establish or formulate a City/County Joint Ambulance Service.
