RESCINDING ORDER N0. 18286 DATED DECEMBER 6,
1988 - RESOLUTION RE: HARPER ROAD PROJECT
On this the 12th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved to rescind Order Ho. 18286 dated
December 6, 1988, which was a resolution trading Right of Way
on FM 783.
