APPROVAL OF THIRD PARTY CONTRACT WITH RY-RON, INC.
TO AUDIT AND PROCESS DRG PAYMENTS, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
OF THE CONTRACT BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 9th day of August 1990, came on to be considered
by the Court the contract submitted by Ry-Ron, Inc., Houston,
Texas for furnishing services necessary to administer certain
aspects of the Indigent Health Care and Treatment Act of
1985, such as auditing and processing the DRG payments and
other duties as per the contract.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, with Commissioner's Morgan, Holekamp,
and Baldwin voting "AYE", and Judge Edwards voting "NAY",
said motion to approve the contract with Ry-Ron, Inc.,
effective September 1, 1990 thru August 31, 1991., and subject
to the approval of the contract by the County Attorney's
Office was approved by a majority vote.
