.KAISER, SHERIFF, AS THE LOCAL HEALTH
AND THE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID LITKE,
COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH, AS THE
AUTHORITY FOR PURPOSES OF THE RABIES
CONTROL ACT
On this the 10th day of December 199@, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 that the resignation
of Frances A. Kaiser, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas as the
Local Health Authority for purposes of the Rabies Control Act
be ratified and confirmed, effective as of December 31, 1990,
and that the appointment of David Litke, Head of Kerr County
Environmental Health, as the .Local Health Authority for
purposes of the Rabies Control Act be approved effective
January 1, 1991.
