AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
TO REPRESENT THE COUNTY IN THE LITIGATION WITH
DAVID BRADEN, DAVID LEHMAN AND REGGIE TUCK
On this the 31st day of May 1990, came on to be considered by
the Court, the threatened lawsuit against the County by David
Braden, David Lehmann, and Reggie Tuck concerning the alleged
issuance or non-issuance of septic tank permits in the
Woodcreek Subdivision.
On motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Ray, and unanimously approved by the Court, it
is hereby ORDERED that the County Attorney's Office is
authorized to do all things necessary, including the filing
of cross-actions and counterclaims, to defend Kerr County in
any lawsuit filed against the County arising from the alleged
issuance or non-issuance of septic tank permits in the
Woodcreek Subdivision.
