Litke ~•-~~ DATE: May 14, 1990 SUBJECT: Appeal from Oscar Graham, P.E. for James Richter, Hills N' Dales Subdivision, Permit #89-76 Commissioners Court Order #19194 On November 6, 1989. Commissioner's Court granted a variance far the above subject, dependent upon monitoring and testing of the proposed aerobic treatment unit and the low pressure pipe drainfield. Since that time, Mr. Graham has changed his proposal by installing an additional filter and chlorinator, utilizing spray irrigation rather than a drainfield. This action conforms to what was originally required before the variance. The system is now in full compliance. License to Operate #89-76 has been issued to the Richters. Commissioner's Court Order #19194 will not be utilized. ej9 r' r- UV t
