CONFIRMATION OF RESIGNATION OF L. JESS WHITLEY IM
THE KERR COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
On this the 9th day of July 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved that the resignation of L. Jess
Whitley in the Kerr County Environmental Health Department be
ratified and confirmed, effective July 19, 1990.
David Litke is authorized to prepare a fob description and to
advertise and accept applications for a replacement for this
vacated position.
