APPDINTMENT OF DAVID LITKE, HEAD OF KERR COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH, AS THE TEMPORARY FLOOD
PLAIN ADMINISTRATOR
On this the 10th day of December 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, with
Commissioner's Ray, Morgan, Ffolekamp, and Baldwin voting
"AYE", and Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said motion to appoint
David Litke, Head of Kerr County Environmental Health, as the
temporary Flood Plain Administrator- was approved by a
majority vote of 4-0-1.

MEMORANDUM

Subject: Floodplain Administration Duties
Last December I was designated temporary floodplain administrator due to the
county engineer position vacancy.
Now that positions have been filled, I would request that the duties be shared
between Mr. Franklin Johnston and myself.
Sharing the duties will allow me to handle the routine questions and signing of
certificates of compliance while Franklin handles the technical and engineering
questions.
With Franklin on a part-time basis having me handle the routine matters will
provide a quicker response to the public rather than waiting for Franklin to
respond.
