Litke Date: October 8, 1991 Subject: Floodplain Administration Duties Last December I was designated temporary floodplain administrator due to the county engineer position vacancy. Now that positions have been filled, I would request that the duties be shared between Mr. Franklin Johnston and myself. Sharing the duties will allow me to handle the routine questions and signing of certificates of compliance while Franklin handles the technical and engineering questions.
