AUTHORIZATIDN TO ISSUE A CHECK FOR 53,000.00
FOR KERR COUNTY'S PORTION OF PHASE I OF THE
KERR COUNTY REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY STUDY
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to issue a check for
Kerr County`s portion of Phase I of the Kerr County Regional
Water Supply Study.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item No. 10-401-571 for
53,000.00 made payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority.
