TO AMENDMENT OF SECTION III UGRA FUNDING AMOUNT
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Cammissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 the Agreement for
Joint Sponsorship of Kerr County Regional Water Supply Study,
subject to the amendment of Section III, UGRA funding amount
be changed to 512, 500. 00.
