MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE FROM THE KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION RULES & REGULATIONS FOR 7.4 ACRES
ON BEAVER ROAD
On this the 26th day of November 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0 to grant a variance
to Mr. & Mrs. Somerville from the Kerr County Subdivision
Rules ~ Regulations for 7.4 acres on Beaver Road, located in
Commissioner Precinct #4, as the lot is being enlarged and
not reduced.
